In order to accept or decline your place at NCO you should use the Acceptance Form link in your offer email. In this email there is a link to a short guidance video that will walk you through the process.
If you have more than one child accepting or declining a place at NCO, you can use the same form for each child by selecting their name from the drop down menu at the top of the form, as long as you save changes before changing the name to the second child.
In the Acceptance form, if you did not select that you would like to apply for financial support, you will receive an email (Payment Email 1) that contains a link to access the Membership & Payment Form.
The Membership & Payment form link will take you to a form where you enter the email address associated with the application. This will cause a second, secure link to be sent to your email address (Payment Email 2). This will then take you directly to your personal audition application, in order for you to complete the Membership & Payment Form.
It may take up to 30 minutes for you to receive the link to your Membership & Payment Form. Please do also check your Promotions, Junk and Spam folders. If you are waiting more than an hour, please get in touch with [email protected] and a member of the NCO Team will be happy to help.
In the Payee Details section of the form please enter the details of the person that will be making the payment for membership, not the details of the young musician the membership is for.
You should enter the details of the young musician this membership is for, not the details of the person paying for membership. Please remember to use the email address we have associated with the application so that we are able to track the membership and payment in our system. This email address will be the one that your results email was sent to.
When completing the NCO Young Musician Details section of the form, please be aware that the form can autocomplete with the payee details so please check this information carefully before pressing submit.
No. You will be emailed separate Membership & Payment Form links when you accept each child’s place at NCO and you should use only the link associated with each child’s membership. Please check the email and form carefully so that you are paying for the correct membership and completing the correct member information associated with each child.

When you click submit at the bottom of the form you will receive an email confirming your payment and membership. This email will contain your membership information and the amount that you have paid.

In order to provide your financial information on this form, you should press the + button in the top right hand corner of the Financial Support Application section of the form.
If you have already submitted your application but realise you need to edit small details on your Financial Support Application Form, please access the form using the link from in Financial Support Email 1 (see the first question in this section). This is the email you received after completing your Acceptance Form.
You should then scroll to the bottom of the Financial Support Application Form and click the arrow next to the date you made your Financial Support application. This will drop down the details of your Financial Support application where you can then press Edit to change your details. Do not press the + button as this will create a new, separate Financial Support application. Once you have edited your Financial Support application, please email [email protected] to let us know.
Please note: You should only edit your Financial Support application if you have made a mistake, not to change the content of your application. If your financial circumstances change and you need to make a significant change to your application, please email [email protected] to discuss this.

This is to allow for circumstances where different information is applicable for each child. Thank you for your time completing this process. You can view the form in order to read the questions asked and then come back to the form on another occasion when you have gathered all your details and documents, but if you input anything onto the form it will not be saved if you navigate away from the page.
