Gift Aid is a tax relief initiative that enables charities to claim an additional 25p per £1 you donate at no extra cost to you.
As a registered UK charity, NCO is able to maximise the impact of your support by claiming gift aid on any eligible donations.
To be eligible, you must be a UK tax payer and fill in a Gift Aid declaration when you donate.
We are not able to claim Gift Aid on the full amount for our NCO Friends and Patrons schemes, as the scheme contains benefits which are deemed to have a commercial value. Please see the breakdowns below for further details:
Pianissimo Friend: £20 commercial value; £30 donation
Crescendo Friend: £150 commercial value; £100 donation
Forte Friend: £240 commercial value; 260 donation
NCO Patron: £170 commercial value; £830 donation
Bursary Patron: This is a full, unrestricted donation so 100% is eligible for gift aid
Principal Patron: £420 commercial value; £4,580 donation
