David is delighted to be part of the NCO team and works closely with Roger and colleagues, developing and growing the NCO's reputation for excellence, forging partnerships and devising and implementing strategic goals to contribute to its success. David worked for many years at the BBC as an executive producer, director, producer and commissioner in the fields of television, radio and online, and more recently was Vice Principal at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
