David Cooper
IT Manager & Music Librarian
David has a long history with the NCO, enrolling first as a viola player, continuing with ENCORE and social staff before joining the office team 13 years later. As Music Librarian he is responsible for preparing music for performers, conductors and course tutors. He sources and hires scores and manages the music library. With a keen interest in computers, he also administers the NCO computer systems. David particularly enjoys acting as Social Staff Organiser on NCO courses.
